1. Return Policy:
At Dawar Spares, we strive to provide you with high-quality tractor spare parts. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Return Process:

- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of the RA email with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the RA email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refund Policy:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dawar Spares error.
- Refunds may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and request the cancellation.
